Ad Finem's office is strategically based in W12, providing fast access to clients throughout the city (via the A40 route way) and allow us to provide a very personal face-to-face service, while avoiding the high costs associated with a city firm. By undertaking a limited number of projects we devote ourselves to clients and develop features which draw new customers.

Accessible websites (Disability Discrimination Act compliant)
Section III of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) came into force October 1st 1999 and refers to making web sites accessible to the disabled (most websites breach the legislation). End user tested web sites
Many of today’s websites are designed to show off the latest internet technologies and the end user, the customer, is often forgotten. Ad Finem develop websites based on ‘end-user’ research carried out by external institutions to ensure that customers do not abandon your site.
Customer support and quality assurance
Full support is provided with all developments carried out by Ad Finem Ltd, and in most cases we will provide support on related systems beyond our remit. Support is provided by telephone, email (ticketing system), or in person (subject to location). Personal call outs for support are chargeable; all other support methods are without charge.
Standard work carried out by Ad Finem is assured for a period of twelve months for mark-up and one month for development languages. This is normally extended for larger projects, details of which are agreed during procurement. Read more »
Our social commitment (including free charity services)
The company has a strong ethical standing which is incorporated into the business practice and reviewed yearly. Amongst other commitments Ad Finem Limited offer free web design to charities. More information is available on the Charity webdesign FAQ. We also collect used computers from the businesses we work with. The computers are donated to Computer Aid who forwards them to developing countries.
The team
Small to medium sized projects are executed by our primary team of six developers, with each person executing a dedicated role. This increases the superiority of our work as each member is able to specialise in their field. Larger projects are normally executed using the virtual team concept.
