Snowball is a totally bespoke CRM, eCRM, Accounting, and Operations Management System developed for Duplication Centre.

Ad Finem has worked with Duplication Centre for six years, starting from a flat website, then adding e-commerce, and expanding to the most advanced operations management system in the industry. The aim of Snowball was to automate the business. The system requires virtually no updating by staff and carries out most task automatically. Features include:
